Child and Youth Protection Policy 

Honeyting operates its services with the safety of children and youth as its top priority. The following policy applies to all services provided by honeyting: 

 

1. Goals of the Child and Youth Protection Policy 

The Company aims to protect children and youth from mentally and physically harmful environments and to create a healthy environment for service use. To this end, the Company complies with the Juvenile Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Child Safety Standard Policy for Stores. 


 2. Access restrictions and management measures for children and adolescents
 

The Company implements the following management measures to provide services suitable for children and adolescents 

1) Age limit for service use
All services of Honeyting are only available to adults over the age of 18. The terms and conditions and operating policies clearly state that the services are available only to adults, and block access and use by juveniles. 

2) Real name and age verification or identification
To prevent juveniles from using the services, we strictly enforce age verification through real name and identification procedures. 

3) Application and monitoring of prohibited words
We apply prohibited words such as profanity, violent or sensationalized expressions to ensure users' healthy language habits.
We implement constant monitoring to keep an eye on harmful information and activities. 

4) Report and sanction
Harmful information related to youth is immediately blocked and sanctioned through the report system. We also provide a reporting mechanism for users to report child safety concerns within the app. Reports can be made via email ([email protected]) or through the in-app report form, and all reports are promptly and thoroughly reviewed. 

5) Blocking CSAE and CSAM
We monitor and filter for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse content (CSAM) on a rolling basis. 

6) Compliance and reporting
The app complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, and any violations are immediately reported to local and national authorities. 


 3. Consultation and grievance handling due to harmful information for youth
 

We provide the following measures to minimize the harm that may be caused by harmful information:
 If a youth is harmed, we will connect them with the Teenage Women's Rights Center and CYBER1388 Youth Consultation Center for consultation and help;
 We will support the receipt of grievances and problem resolution due to harmful information through our own customer center. 

 

4. Implementation of training for those in charge of youth and child protection 

The company provides training to youth protection officers and service personnel on laws and regulations related to youth protection and child safety, sanction standards, how to deal with harmful information when found, and reporting procedures for handling violations.
